Since the establishment we realized that: Quality is the life of the corporation, and without quality, there is no future for the corporation. To achieve this, Sanlida established professional quality management team and supervised directly by GM. We introduced a lot of advanced quality control equipments and established our own laboratory and measuring room. One after another, we successfully passed ISO9001: 2014 international quality system accreditation, and thus ensuring the corporate advantages in the market competition. We divided product quality management into two parts – one is mainly targeting at quality control of manufacturing products during mass production, and the other is responsible for new product’s quality assurance of releasing experiments, accreditation, inspection equipment management, pre-delivery inspection, customer complaint treatments, quality management system establishment, operation and maintenance. Point to point quality inspection procedure is the essence of Sanlida quality management and from IQC to PQC to QA, each unit of the material processing needs strict inspection and any unqualified material or product is rejected. Also, we placed great emphasis on the importance of quality feedback from end users, and could provide a very quick action to solve the problems.
